The concert series »Wagner Plus« expands the musical horizon towards further exploration of the composer and the human being Richard Wagner and his time. The focus of the series is on Wagner’s contemporaries, dedicating episodes to his opponents as well, while also examining his antisemitism, thereby reflecting the musical complexity of the time by hearing the works and learning about their creators.
