40TH BIRTDAY CONCERT
DRESDNER KAMMERCHOR

In 2025/26, the Dresden Chamber Choir, one of the leading vocal ensembles in the German music scene, celebrates its 40th anniversary. The choir, internationally acclaimed for its exceptional sound, and its Artistic Director, Hans-Christoph Rademann, mark this special milestone with a specially curated series of concerts. The highlight of the anniversary season, and the grand finale of the annual "ZentralVokal" series, will be the celebratory concert in St. Anne's Church. Embracing the number 40 and the musical theme of "Gratitude," the singers will reflect on four decades of eventful history while simultaneously casting a sonorous gaze toward the future. Works from various eras, including seminal repertoire pieces and compositions created specifically for the choir, will seamlessly blend past and present in a captivating musical arc.
