With the greatest regret, the Dresden Music Festival announces that this year’s festival cannot take place due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Federal Government and State Governments decided on April 15, 2020 that events cannot take place through August 31, 2020. Therefore, in order to protect artists and audience alike, all live concerts of the Dresden Music Festival between May 12 and June 12, 2020 are cancelled. You will receive a refund for tickets you have purchased.
Please note: If you purchased your tickets via eventim.de or from other external ticket sales points, please contact these directly.
In order to request your refund for ticktes purchased at the Kulturpalast, online at this website, via email or mail to our customer service, please fill out the Refund Form below by July 31, 2020. It is not necessary to return your tickets. Since it will take several month to take care of all refund requests, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

You will receive a voucher in the value of the tickets you purchased. This voucher is valid for three years and can be used for future ticket purchases.
2. CREDIT TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
You will receive the value of the tickets you purchased as a credit to your customer account at the Dresden Music Festival. This credit can be used for future ticket purchases.
4. REFUND BY WIRE TRANSFER
If you would like a refund, we will transfer the entire sum to your account in full.
5. REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Refunds to these payment options is only possible for tickets purchased at the webshop of the Dresden Music Festival and within the permissible refund deadlines. Please also send us your account information so that we can return the sum to your account by wire transfer, if necessary.
